INITIAL CONSULTATION AGREEMENT

This Initial Consulting Agreement is made this December 11, 2024, between Oluwadamilola Iwajomo, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), with Membership Number R512806 and Client , for the purpose of conducting a one-time Review of file/document(s) and suggestion(s) on how best to proceed. Matters such as medical or criminal inadmissibility, enforcement, existing problems with Canada Immigration and/or in-depth detailed information on IRCC and/or provincial processes are not part of the initial assessment.

The client is obliged to pay a non-refundable fee of CAD200 (+$26 HST). This agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Ontario and the Federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Please be advised that Oluwadamilola Iwajomo is a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), and as such, is bound by its By-laws, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.
