INITIAL CONSULTATION AGREEMENT
This Initial Consulting Agreement is made this day , between Oluwadamilola Iwajomo, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), with Membership Number R512806 and Client , for the purpose of conducting a one-time Review of file/document(s) and suggestion(s) on how best to proceed on Business Immigration. Matters such as medical or criminal inadmissibility, enforcement, existing problems with Canada Immigration and/or in-depth detailed information on IRCC and/or provincial processes are not part of the initial assessment.
The client is obliged to pay a non-refundable fee of USD500. This agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Ontario and the Federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Please be advised that Oluwadamilola Iwajomo is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), and as such, is bound by its By-laws, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.
