INITIAL CONSULTATION AGREEMENT

This Initial Consulting Agreement is made this , between Oluwadamilola Iwajomo, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), with Membership Number R512806 and Client , for the purpose of processing a file request from the Canadian government.

The client is obliged to pay a non-refundable fee of USD200 (for an individual application) or USD250 (for a family application). This agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Ontario and the Federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Please be advised that Oluwadamilola Iwajomo is a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), and as such, is bound by its By-laws, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.

The RCIC has no control as to when the Canadian government will process the request and send the file.
